Each kitset home can be provided in several stages to suit you…
Stage I: Lock Up Shell
Includes –
- Complete sub-floor with bearers, joists, particle board flooring and all stainless steel sub-floor connections excluding designs with internal garages.
- Prehung internal doors
- All internal room framing
- Ceiling battens
Stage II: Internal Fitout
Everything you need…
- Hot water system
- Either Rinnai Infinity gas hot water system or, where a hot water cupboard is available, a hot water cylinder
- Kitchen
- Criterion Kitchen units with Formica bench top
- Fisher and Paykel oven
- Methven tapware
- Optional waste disposal
Laundry
Bathroom
- Englefield bathroom fittings including shower, toilet and vanity
- Methven Tapware
- Optional disabled bathroom layouts on request
