Your Responsibilities and Ours

When you buy a Quin kitset we will help you understand the simple building processes required to complete your home.
We will provide you with your kitset home delivered to your site and to the high standard and specifications that you order; you take over from there. Site works and engaging a builder are your responsibility and perhaps a plumber and electrician (although the builder may do that for you). Building consents are also in your care, but bear in mind that we will provide you with comprehensive plans and specifications to make the process as easy as possible.

Easy to Erect

Your Quin kitset home is designed to NZ Building Standards and any certified builder will be familiar with these building practices; this makes the erection of your Quin home straight forward and therefore amazingly cost efficient.
