Our Design or Yours
We have our own in house design department with qualified draughting and quantity surveying skills. This means that you can take one of our many standard layouts and make minor changes should you wish to. Or we will be pleased to price your own design.
The Building Process
When you buy a Quin kitset we will help you understand the simple building processes required to complete your building.
We will provide you with your kitset garage, sleep-out or building delivered to your site and to the high standard and specifications that you order; you take over from there. Site works and engaging a builder are your responsibility and perhaps a plumber and electrician (although the builder may do that for you). Building consent is also in your care, but bear in mind that we will provide you with comprehensive plans and specifications to make the process as easy as possible.
Easy to Erect
Your Quin kitset garage, sleep-out or building is designed to NZ Building Standards and any certified builder will be familiar with the building practices; this makes the erection of your Quin building straight forward and therefore amazingly cost efficient. |
